sunshine and rollercoasters
sunlight is streaming through the window. its warmth makes me smile, and i remember that i'm loved :)
it's been an emotional rollercoaster of a year. but then again, which year isn't a crazy ride? there are times i wish i could get off. but most times i'm glad i stayed on. you learn many things... see things from different angles and altitudes. you make new friends... and memories...
the ride's worth the risk. exhilarating. slow and scenic at times... fast and furious at others.
you and me? i wish i had an answer. sometimes you just need to see how things pan out. time brings healing... and answers.
let's stay on this rollercoaster and see where it takes us. in the meantime... enjoy the view :)

Hey you. Y'know, the ride was the risk. I truly believe that, and I don't regret a single minute of it.
When I said I'd be ok, I meant it, so don't you be worrying about me, you hear? You just focus on your thesis, and do the kickass job I know you're more than capable of (I'll be cheering you on with pom poms). And be strong. And watch more Battlestar. :p
And remember, you will always have a friend in me. :) *bighugs*
